The production process of woven bags mainly includes the following steps:
(1) Wire drawing: This step is to draw the heated and melted polypropylene into filaments. The specific width of the filaments is determined by the density of the woven bag required by the customer, usually between 10 and 15 filaments. This step seems simple, but in fact requires workers to have skilled skills.
(2) Weaving: Weaving is to weave the filaments obtained after drawing into a cloth by means of staggered warp and weft. This step is generally accomplished by a circular loom. Before entering the circular loom, the warp yarn will pass through the brown frame for cross-opening treatment, and the weft shuttle will pass through the warp yarn in a circular motion in the cross-opening and weave into a barrel cloth. The number of shuttles in a circular loom determines the number of warp yarns entering the circular loom. The process indicators involved in this process include weaving density, width, tensile strength and weight per unit area of woven cloth.
(3) Bag making: The woven cloth is then printed, cut, sewn and other processes to become a woven bag. Depending on the equipment used, the order of these processes can be adjusted, for example, it can be cut first and then printed, or printed first and then cut. In addition, according to the specific use of the woven bag, other treatments may be performed, such as punching, folding, welding, etc., to make different types of woven bags, such as cement bags, tarpaulins, geotextiles, etc.
Woven bag production process need to pay attention to the following matters:
(1) Material selection: According to the use, weight and use environment of the woven bag, choose the appropriate plastic raw materials, such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE). If you need waterproof function, you can choose woven bag material with polyethylene coating.
(2) Material handling: When handling woven bag materials, you must pay attention to the cleaning and disinfection of the materials. In order to prevent dust, oil stains or other harmful substances from adhering to the surface of the material and affecting the hygiene and safety of the woven bag, neutral detergent and clean water should be used for cleaning, and food-grade disinfectant can be sprayed if necessary.
(3) Use of additives: According to specific needs, you can consider adding appropriate additives to the material, such as ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, antistatic agents, etc., to improve the performance and stability of the woven bag. However, the selection and use of additives should follow relevant laws and standards.
(4) Weaving skills: master basic weaving skills, such as single hook weaving, double hook weaving, etc., and keep the hook method consistent and uniform strength to ensure the quality of woven items. Beginners can start practicing with simple knitting items, gradually improving their knitting skills.
(5) Detail processing: In the process of making woven bags, pay attention to detail processing. For example, reinforcing the bottom of the woven bag can increase the load-bearing capacity; adding zippers or buttons to the mouth of the woven bag can improve practicality.
(6) Environmental protection and cost: Consider environmental protection issues and give priority to degradable materials. At the same time, it is necessary to control costs, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
(7) Quality inspection: Regularly inspect the quality of woven bags, find problems in time and solve them to ensure that the quality of woven bags meets the requirements.
Through the above introduction, we understand the whole production process of woven bags from raw material preparation to finished products. In this process, each process is very important, which directly affects the quality and performance of woven bags. Therefore, manufacturers should strictly control every link in the production process to ensure product quality. At the same time, when we buy woven bags, we should also pay attention to choosing products from regular manufacturers to ensure the safety and reliability of packaging.

Finishing sensor: clean the detector cover regularly (once every four hours). When the machine is running, make sure that the white light is always on. The detector is designed according to the principle of infrared ray. Dazzling light will affect the performance of the sensor. Try to use only daylight tube near the machine. If the spindle surface is bright, the detector may not work accurately. Avoid using aluminum tube or black tube. Black yarn will make the detector unable to work.
A variety of materials with different characteristics are compounded to improve the air permeability, moisture permeability, oil resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance of packaging materials, so that they can play an insect-proof, dust-proof, microbial-proof, light, fragrance, and odor Isolation, as well as heat resistance, cold resistance, and impact resistance, have better mechanical strength and processing applicability, and have good printing and decoration effects.
What are the classification of bags?
Plastic packaging bags include plastic woven bags and plastic film bags. The former has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, etc., after adding plastic film lining, it can be moisture-proof; light bag load weight below 2.5kg, medium bag load weight 25-50kg, heavy bag load 50-100kg.
The national standard GB/T8946-1998 stipulates that "the bag shall be flattened, and two squares of 100mm × 100mm shall be circled at the upper and lower diagonals of the bag. the outer edge of the square shall be 100mm apart from the edge line of the bag. the longitude and weft number of the squares shall be visually inspected and the average value shall be taken. when counting, when there is less than one ending point, it shall be counted as one." The national standard specifies the density of weaving and the density tolerance. The weaving density mainly depends on the packaging product and is determined by the user.
Due to product resources and price problems, China has 6 billion woven bags for cement packaging every year, accounting for more than 85% of bulk cement packaging. With the development and application of flexible container bags, plastic woven container bags are widely used in marine, transportation and packaging of industrial and agricultural products. In the packaging of agricultural products, plastic woven bags have been widely used in aquatic products packaging, poultry feed packaging, covering materials for farms, sunshade for crop planting, windproof, hail shelter and other materials. Common products: feed woven bags, chemical woven bags, putty powder woven bags, urea woven bags, vegetable mesh bags and other fruit eye bags, mesh bags

Surfacing wear-resistant plates can be used in various loading and unloading equipment and sites, especially in bulk cargo loading and unloading systems such as iron ore and coal, grab bucket, hopper, bucket, coal drop pipe, discharge pipe, stacker-reclaimer and other components. These components often need to bear a large amount of impact, wear and friction. Surfacing wear-resistant composite steel plates are used in easy-to-wear parts, which is very important for prolonging the service life of these wear parts and reducing the downtime and maintenance of loading and unloading machinery.
