1. Finishing sensor: Clean the detector cover regularly (once every four hours). When the machine is running, ensure that the white light is always on. The detector is designed according to the infrared principle. Dazzling light will affect the performance of the sensor. Try to use only daylight tube near the machine. If the spindle surface is bright, the detector may not work accurately. Avoid using aluminum tube or black tube. Black yarn will make the detector unable to work.

2. Weft breaking sensor: during the normal operation of the circular loom, when the weft is broken due to external force, the sensor detects the signal and transmits it to the controller to control the circular loom to stop. if the weft is broken, the machine cannot stop automatically: jog the machine to run the guide tube of one of the shuttles below the sensor, and manually and quickly tear the weft to make the steel ball enter the detection range of the sensor. if the red indicator light of the sensor, the position of the sensor should be adjusted until the red indicator light comes on or the sensor should be replaced.

3. Main speed detection sensor: During the normal operation of the machine, if the frequency conversion frequency is increased, it may be that the sensor misses the detection of the main engine due to vibration. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the position of the sensor to align the head of the sensor with the gear plate, and then observe the frequency conversion frequency increase. If the frequency conversion frequency is increased, the effect cannot be achieved after many adjustments. Replace the sensor.

4. Raise the detection sensor: If the man-machine interface cannot accurately record the output, check whether the wiring is correct, if the wiring is correct, adjust the position of the sensor, run the machine, and observe whether the indicator light flashes, if not, consider replacing the sensor.
